Do you have experience with Xero accounting software? We’re looking for a talented Bookkeeper to join us.
About the Role:
👉🏻 Position: Bookkeeper
👉🏻 Schedule: Day shift
👉🏻 Hours: Part-time starting at 5 hours a day
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Assist in managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
📌 Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
📌 Assist with payroll and invoicing.
📌 Monitor and keep track of unpaid invoices
📌 Generate back costing reports
Requirements:
✅ Experience in bookkeeping or accounting
✅ Proficiency in Xero accounting software is required.
✅ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
✅ Attention to detail and accuracy.
✅ Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
